How It Works

Whether in-person or at a distance, Lightwork energy travels across time and space. All you need to do is relax in a quiet space, and Karen will connect with your energy field.

After your session, Karen creates a personalised report detailing what she observed and experienced during the session—including messages, sensations, and areas of focus. This is emailed to you for further reflection and integration.

If this is your first experience with Distance Healing, there are a few things you should know. Other than getting relaxed and being calm you don't need to do anything. This is not a session involving a telephone call or a social media conversation, you take a time-out to relax and I start doing my work energetically at the time agreed while you are resting. It is important that you stay relaxed for the duration.
